These sessions are designed to significantly improve cardiovascular fitness markers and reduce body-fat percentage. This High-Intensity-Interval-Training program is hard, but is over in just 20 minutes and the rush you feel afterwards is amazing!!

KLTS21 is an athlete based functional strength and conditioning program like no other! Achieve fantastic physical performance results in the short-term, plus great long-term health and wellbeing. Create a strong, toned, aesthetically balanced and injury-resistant body which moves with ease, efficiency and control.
  3. Flexibility. Stretching is the most overlooked, yet important element of a total health and fitness strategy. Stretch20 is a flexibility program specifically designed to improve, open and free up your joints like never before. Incorporating active and passive stretching techniques, you will enjoy greater joint range-of-motion and increased muscle length. This program will reduce and can even eliminate joint-pain associated with “tight” musculature.
