“Firstly, I am not usually one for writing testimonials, in this case though I have to make an exception. From the first meeting with Brendan I was impressed.  I was in treatment with a physiotherapist and totally unfit. I asked him to consult with my physio so that training and physio would not be contradicting treatments.  He did this willingly. All exercises were introduced gradually so that we could assess which (if any) were contributing to my pain. “I have been on A LOT of diets and have never been into doing any sort of exercise. I had pushed myself for 12 weeks (just before my birthday) to lose weight and I did, but with very extreme dieting and exercise. Once those 12 weeks were up I went straight back into my old habits and put all that weight back on, plus more. I have always been a very active person, however after having two babies back-to-back, I was unfit and out of condition for the first time in my life. During my recent holiday in Surfers Paradise, I decided to treat myself to a week of daily PT sessions with Brendan (my own private boot camp) and I am so glad that I did.  Brendan was great, not only did he tailor a program just for me, he also gave me nutrition advice and told me about exercises to avoid injury and help strengthen my damaged knee.  It was one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. I wish Brendan would move to Canberra so that I could keep training with him, as he’s a great motivator too.

I had a back injury years ago (from weight training) and so was apprehensive about starting a fitness program again. But I came along to Brendan’s classes at In Motion and have been going there for over 4 years now. They are very safe because Brendan and his crew are fully qualified and understand how to design proper programs. But best of all they’re actually fun to be with and make getting fit a pleasure not a chore, while keeping it interesting by consistently teaching us new exercises. I don’t give many 5 star ratings for things but I will give one to these guys.

Great, very well prepared and organised. Always early and set up before the session starts! Definitely would refer; there is a lot of companies out there taking advantage of the AASC funding and providing an expensive mediocre service. In Motion Health and Fitness has been brilliant and we will be applying to have them again!!
